Descripción del puesto

About the role

We're looking for a senior program and people leader to own the RevOps portfolio — strengthening broken processes and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems, trusted data, internal applications, integrations, automation, and responsible AI solutions that improve MEDLIFE's execution and impact.

What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?

  • Own intake, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery cadence across RevOps systems, process, data, applications, automation, and AI initiatives.
  • Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows with clear owners, controls, and metrics.
  • Facilitate architecture reviews, ask precise technical questions, and challenge weak designs or estimates.
  • Provide technical leadership on HubSpot architecture and the data warehouse/lakehouse strategy, including dashboards and reporting leadership can trust.
  • Guide the development of internal applications, integrations, and automations (e.g., myMEDLIFE).
  • Lead structured AI pilots and move successful experiments into production.
  • Set goals, delegate, coach, and hold internal teams accountable for results.
  • Evaluate vendors and consultants, negotiate scope, and manage external providers to deliver on commitments.
  • Lead change management so new processes and systems are actually adopted, not just launched.

Requisitos

What will you bring?

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in technical program/project management, RevOps systems, or process improvement, including 3+ years leading teams, vendors, or cross-functional programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business/Finance combined with a technical degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or related).
  • Proven program leadership: intake, prioritization, milestones, risk management, and project closure.
  • Strong process expertise: current-state mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state design.
  • Technical judgment to review architecture and data models and challenge estimates, without needing to be the primary developer.
  • Hands-on or leadership experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud warehouse/lakehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Experience leading production applications and integrations (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, REST APIs, CI/CD).
  • Experience with CRM and lifecycle/marketing systems; HubSpot strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools or LLM APIs in at least one real production workflow.
  • People leadership: delegating, coaching, and holding teams and vendors accountable.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, Prosci, or comparable credentials.
  • Direct experience with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and production workloads in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, or AI observability.
  • Experience working with distributed teams in Latin America or with nonprofit, social-impact, education, or healthcare organizations.
  • Consulting experience.

Beneficios

  • Remote or hybrid work, with preference for candidates based in Latin America.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with seniority and experience.
  • Flexibility and remote-work support.
  • Broad ownership of programs, processes, systems, data, applications, and AI initiatives.
  • Mission-driven work that directly supports MEDLIFE's ability to serve more students and communities.
